Quit Right Tower Hamlets will be launching our New Year’s campaign from the 1st of January 2020! The New Year encourages people to set goals for the coming year and get rid of unhealthy habits. Giving up smoking is a popular New Year’s resolution, and this year’s campaign focuses on giving people a choice and flexibility over how they quit.
Quit Right Tower Hamlets has a 6-8 week program for people who want to quit using Nicotine Replacement Products (NRT). Have look at our treatment options. We can also advise you on e-cigarettes and a plan to give up nicotine altogether.
The support on offer no matter how smokers are planning to quit, we want them to know there are lots of free tools and
resources to increase their chances of success. Smokefree signposts to the following range of
Local Stop Smoking Services face-to-face, personalised support from understanding experts.
Stop smoking aids – prescription tablets, nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) and e-cigarettes.
Smokefree app – support every step of the way, with daily updates and quitting advice.
Social media – support through social feeds any time of the day
Your chance of successfully quitting smoking will be greatly increased if you receive expert guidance during your quit attempt.

Where is the clinic?
Our main clinic is located at 2 Stayner’s Road, Stepney Green, E1 4AH. We also have a number of regular drop in clinics across the borough.
How do I make an appointment or get more information?

Are they 1:1 sessions or group sessions?
We run both 1:1 sessions and group sessions. If you would like to attend with friends or family members who want to quit we would be happy to see you together at the same appointment.
What times are your clinics?
We run clinics throughout the day during the week, and we can also offer evening appointments in the week – please phone for more details on the clinics we have running at the time.
What if I’m not sure if I want to quit?
We recommend that you book an initial appointment to discuss the options, and if you decide that you’re not ready to quit yet there is no obligation to continue.
