New Year 2020

We have several treatments available to help you quit smoking for good in 2020.

Quit Right Tower Hamlets will be launching our New Year’s campaign from the 1st of January 2020! The New Year encourages people to set goals for the coming year and get rid of unhealthy habits. Giving up smoking is a popular New Year’s resolution, and this year’s campaign focuses on giving people a choice and flexibility over how they quit.

Quit Right Tower Hamlets has a 6-8 week program for people who want to quit using Nicotine Replacement Products (NRT).  Have look at our treatment options. We can also advise you on e-cigarettes and a plan to give up nicotine altogether.
