Consultations During Covid

The patient support page allows us to connect to our patients through digital consultations.

What support is provided for people more at risk due to Covid-19?

We have several treatments available to help you quit smoking. Our advisors offer free, confidential advice and support, while providing stop smoking medications (NRT). We understand everyone has a busy schedule and/or are working from home and many people want to quit as a result of risks associated with COVID-19. That is why we are providing virtual/onine consultations to our patients, so each appoinment can be arranged without having to interupt your busy day.

What if I am home bound/shielding during the lockdown?

The Tower Hamlets stop smoking service offers specialist support for people who may find it harder to stop smoking, particularly if you are house bound/shielding as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, have a long-term physical and or mental health condition or have tried to quit a number of times before.

Support can be provided on a one-to-one basis on the phone or through our online consultations. Our specialist service has high success rates and is particularly effective with highly dependent smokers. Call the service now on 0207 882 8230 to speak to a member of the team.
