We offer support in both group and one-on-one settings, and we run evening and daytime clinics.

Our service is free and open to all. We are staffed by specialist Practitioners who have received intensive training in supporting people to quit. They have many years of experience between them.

Evidence has shown that you are far more likely to succeed in quitting if you receive this type of support than if you try to go it alone. We have lots of experience in helping people who have tried before or who find it really difficult to kick the habit.

We provide intensive behavioural and stop tobacco medication such as Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and Champix on prescription. We also have extensive experience with e-cigarettes. We do not provide them, but can offer advice and guidance on using them.

Our treatment involves 7 weekly sessions with a specialist advisor.

  1. On the first session our treatment options and medications will be explained to you.
  2. On the second session you will receive your medication and start preparing to quit smoking.
  3. The following week is the Quit Day.
  4. You will then come to see us for four more weeks so you can get support in those first few weeks after quitting. We will also monitor your Carbon Monoxide levels at each session.
